Lady Gaga falling from her edge of glory? Tickets for Lindsay Lohan’s ‘Speed the Plow’ outstrip ArtRave tour
Lady Gaga might be rolling into town this week but it seems Lindsay Lohan is still winning the battle of the divas.
Online ticket sites have seen huge demand for Lohan’s impressive West End performance in ‘Speed the Plow’ – the controversial star’s first big break into stage shows.
In fact, tickets to see the Freaky Friday star live has outstripped the UK leg of Gaga’s ArtRave tour by a huge 53%, according to ticket marketplace viagogo.
Tickets for the recently-married pop sensation’s upcoming shows are being offloaded for as little as £12.72.
In the last two weeks, viagogo has seen an increase of 32% in Lady Gaga tickets listed on the website.
A viagogo spokesperson commented: “While reformed party girl Lindsay Lohan seems to be going from strength to strength following unexpectedly positive reviews, it looks like Lady Gaga may be falling from her ‘edge of glory’, with ticketholders trying to offload tickets for her concerts at well below face value.
“Nevertheless, this now means that dedicated ‘monsters’ can pick up a real bargain if they want to see the ‘Bad Romance’ star in action.”
