Frustrated man’s Amazon delivery proves it’s crucial to always double-check your order
They say a picture paints a thousand words – and judging by the look on this moggy’s face, we’re inclined to agree.
Maybe if cats ruled the earth, the earth would be a well-oiled machine, with things done efficiently and correctly.
For example, we like to think if cats were in charge, people not checking the actual size of items they order online would become a thing of the past.
Even though online shopping has come a long way from being a system connecting a modified domestic TV to a real-time transaction processing computer via a domestic telephone line (phew), it’s not without its pitfalls.
Very human pitfalls.
No, this isn’t an examples of angles being used cleverly.
Nor is it a photo of a monstrous, mutant feline.
That is dinky cat’s scratching post, and that is a regular sized cat.
This image of one shopper’s error was posted on Reddit accompanied by a word of warning:
“Note to self…check dimensions of EVERYTHING before ordering on Amazon.”
Adding insult to injury, the buyer revealed the cute (but sadly useless) item had set them back $20.
A cat would never have let this happen.
