Pervert arrested for flashing young girls in Brooklyn, cops say
A pervert who allegedly exposed himself to young girls six times in Brooklyn has been arrested, cops said Wednesday.
Lucio Pecher Guarcax, 28, was arrested on Tuesday for the incidents in Sunset Park stretching back to September 2019 in which he allegedly whipped out his penis in front of girls in person or through a window, cops said.
Gaurcax flashed his private parts at 11-year-old and 13-year-old girls who were walking their dog near 7th Avenue and 18th Street at 9:30 a.m. on June 24th, according to police. The girls walked away from the perv and told their mom. She followed Gaurcax and took multiple photographs, which police released to the public.
Previously, Gaurcax was in front of a home near 22nd Street and 6th Avenue around 8:40 p.m. on May 31 when he allegedly stood outside the window and manipulated his exposed private parts while a 40-year-old female and her children were inside, cops said.
The woman called police and the man fled in a white, mid-sized SUV.
Gaurcax was charged with nine counts of acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, three counts of public lewdness and six counts of lewdness, cops said.
He hadn’t been arraigned as of Wednesday afternoon.
