The Bent*Spud 2 Cents:

In the late 70s, the Bee Gees were massive and their success was inescapable. Babs naturally observed all of this and thought, “I would love me some of those Bee Gees!” And have them she did. Heaps. A whole disco-dabbling album’s worth of pop gold that added several hits to her impressive discography. Notably, it spawned the hoe’s anthem “Woman In Love,” the last Barbra Streisand song to straddle the top of the Billboard Hot 100 and one that she reportedly hates so much she rarely performs it in concert.

Best Tracks: “Woman In Love,” “Guilty,” “What Kind Of Fool,” “Promises”
