The 53rd animated feature in the Walt Disney Animated Classics series, and inspired by Hans Christian Andersen’s fairy tale The Snow Queen, Frozen is a brilliant, playful, thoroughly enjoyable family flick that turns on its head the traditional princess-centric fairy tale that we’ve all come to know over the years.
Just like Peter Parker’s kindhearted Aunt May, the second installment in the Spider-Man franchise reboot seems to be going through a messy, aimless midlife crisis, not sure what it’s supposed to do, and how it’s supposed to propel its narrative in a consistent and believable manner.
