The Top 4 positions remain unchanged from last week, with Born Ruffians staying put on top for a second week with “Love Too Soon.” Fellow Canadian Matthew Good joins them in the Top 5 with “Days Come Down” (up 8-5). Bazzi and Janelle Monáe debut at Nos. 18 and 20 respectively with “Mine” and “Make Me Feel.”
